During a very stressful water damage experience over Labor Day weekend their response time was excellent even though their Project Manager was swamped. Communication between various departments excellent. Highly recommend this company.
The team @ Oliveira’s did a fantastic job with the demo and rebuild of part of our master bathroom walls and floor. The crew was Respectful of our home and thorough in their work product. Dan, the project manager, was very courteous, approachable, communicative and accommodating. The only area I am able to give them less-than-a-5-stars rating is with the total duration time of the project; for a project the size of ours, I would have estimated demo (EMS), rebuild, and finish work to start and finish within 5 working days. Total project duration was actually two weeks and one day….

I just love the owners of Oliveira’s and the way they have treated us in past years when we needed flooring for our Home for the Disabled. We had storm damage at one of the care homes in January 2018. They came to the rescue and cleaned carpet in the entire house at a very reasonable afforable rate. Most currently we had the carpet cleaned at our 233 Aldebaran address. They were prompt and did a fair job considering the carpet is old and dirty. Soon I would like to have it replaced and other flooring as well in both houses. That’s what I love about Oliveira’s is that they gladly let me have a “time payment” plan where is pay them each month. I appreciate that more than anyone could imagine.

All of the supervisors and laborers were very professional, and always seemed like they had a personal interest in helping us to get the best results possible. Even when things seemed to hit a snag, a phone call or email brought a quick response. Lynette Peavey in the office has gone the extra mile to track down solutions to problems with the insurance and their adjuster. She contributed a lot to our peace of mind. Great people, great staff.
Oliveiras has been exceptional with respect to the services they have provided. Luis was assigned as the job manager and has done a great job in mitigating the damage we suffered. He has been in constant communication and has keep me informed as to the status of the job consistently. Lizette in the office has worked tirelessly to make sure the coordination of the claim with the insurance company has flowed through. Status updates are frequent and appreciated. Top notch company from all respects.
