Customer Service Representative

Oliveira’s Restoration is a privately owned and operated property restoration company specializing in water and fire damage cleanup, mold remediation, and bio-hazard clean up. We proudly serve the greater Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo counties.

Your Role

As A CSR, you will be the first person our customers talk to! You will help support each customer through the property damage loss by coordinating with the restoration team.

What You Will Do

  • Answer incoming calls and gather all information necessary to assist each customer
  • Coordinate with the field supervisor to ensure our team arrives onsite with 60 min to all emergency service calls
  • Monitor progress of each active job from initial call to completion
  • Schedule ongoing work each day with active customers Scan/File/Organize all paperwork associated with each customer
  • Coordinate with vendors and sub-contractors to schedule appointments
  • Assist the team in any tasks to ensure the best customer service

Your Qualifications

  • Proficient in Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Etc.)
  • Proficient on a mobile device
  • Able to work in fast-paced environments
  • Able to work with people in stressful situations
  • 2 years of office experience is a Plus
  • Spanish speaking is a Plus
